    SEE THE VIDEO: US President Donald Trump’s nominee for his United Nations ambassador, Nikki Haley, pictured, delivered her opening statement before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee at her confirmation hearing last Wednesday. Haley vowed that, should her nomination be approved, she would for her to become UN Ambassador, she would never abstain from – and hence neglect to use not use her veto power in the Security Council – regarding any anti-Israel resolutions.

By all accounts the meeting had far-reaching outcomes.

    4 young soldiers die in J’salem truck-ramming

    This truck crashed into a group of soldiers in eastern Jerusalem yesterday evening, killing four and injuring at least 15, some critically, in what the Prime Minister said was an ISIS-inspired attack. CNN said that this would make it the first successful attack by ISIS in Israel. The quick actions of Israel’s medical emergency service, MDA, including getting mobile ICU units to the scene, was reported to have saved numerous lives. SEE VIDEO

She achieved seven distintions in the 2016 IEB matric exams. “I will be volunteering in Israel in 2017.     Fifteen of the 39 murdered victims in a New Year’s Eve terror attack on an Istanbul nightclub were foreigners. One, a 19-year-old Israeli woman was among them. Another Israeli, who was with her, sustained two gunshot wounds and remains in “good condition” following surgery, according to her father. Both girls were from the Arab-Israeli town of Tira in central Israel.
