Sydenham Shul hosts Israeli ambassador for dinner

In a talk titled, “Israel and South Africa relations: successes and challenges”, the ambassador explained how Israel was in the best position it had been in 70 years on three fronts: security, politically, and economically.

While Israel is concerned about the re-calling of the South African ambassador, it has kept its ambassador in South Africa as it is confident that by doing so, it will help to retain and grow the relationship between the two countries, Keinan said.
