TA Primary gave their best on Mandela Day

To mark Mandela Day, Torah Academy Primary School children collected money for the Union of Jewish Women’s project “Bags for New Beginnings”.

The grade 6 girls held a raffle where they raised R4 000 for a collection in memory of Hugo Palach, the Yeshiva College learner who was tragically killed recently.

On the last day of term, the school held a market day whereby each class raised funds towards the UJW project.
