A challah bake to show unity with our soldiers

Last week Thursday (July 31), King David High School Linksfield hosted what was the most inspiring and unbelievable evening: a challah bake in merit of our IDF soldiers fighting for our homeland, Israel. This event was initiated by Justine Sandler, Mazal Sacks, as well as Lorraine Srage and it was very well received by all the high school girls.

This challah bake was the first time that many people have come together, stood united, in order to make challah in the light and spirit of our soldiers. It was a very humbling evening and an extremely unifying experience. We, as King David High School Linksfield, continue praying for the safety of our soldiers and our homeland, and we hope for peace in Israel soon.
