Alan Glass at Orange Grove

Orange Grove Primary School recently held a morning of singing, dancing and listening to the latest stories by author and musician Alan Glass, who is best known for co-creating the highly successful children’s music series, Beautiful Creatures, with Ed Jordan.

The school’s library volunteers organised the event together with book publisher Pan Macmillan, with the aim of instilling a love for reading and knowledge in the children. Pupils danced to hadeda, hippo and whale tunes while learning important lessons about loving our spectacular world and caring for its animals.
