Collaboration breeds creativity in KDL school partnership

Grade 6 pupils at King David Senior Primary Linksfield have partnered with Summerwood Primary School in a special, voluntary after school extra-mural activity called Collaborate and Create. The project aims to break down barriers, facilitating learning, friendship, and creativity.

On a weekly basis, students from the school visit Summerwood to dance, act, play, learn, and connect socially and educationally. They participate in creative drama workshops that lead to a performance at the end of the year which will be entirely conceptualised and created by the children themselves, based on a theme of their own choosing.
