Mark Bagraim passes, funeral Thursday

Well-known retired Cape Town pharmacists, Mark Bagraim, 86, passed away Monday after a long illness. His funeral will be held is on Thursday at the Pinelands Cemetery, pictured, at 11:00.

Mark was widowed (his late wife was Judy) and is survived by his son, Michael, and daughter, Abigail, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Mark, a retired pharmacist, will always be remembered for his wonderful sense of humour.  
Labour law specialist Michael is a DA MP and a distinguished communal worker having both chaired the presided over the National SA Jewish Board of Deputies and remains active in the Board’s Cape Council. He is also a past chair, and sits on the executive of, the Cape Town Chamber of Commerce.

Abigail is an artist and paints under her maiden name. She is married to advocate Michael Crowe, SC.
