Jewish residents at Elphin Lodge take part in Shabbos Project

On Friday evening, November 11, Elphin Lodge’s Jewish residents celebrated the Shabbos Project with a kosher meal for 45 residents after the evening service.

On Shabbat morning November 12, along with Inyoni and Tarentaal Jewish residents, Elphin Lodge residents had a full Shabbat service, followed by a kosher brocha. 

Services were led for the third year by Rabbi Ari Lewis and his wife Paige who also gave a special ladies lecture, while the men davened mincha.

The Randaid residents enjoyed the project which ended with Seudah Shlishi, benching and ma’ariv services.
