On Wednesday evening, November 23, over 200 people attended a moving farewell ceremony at Yiddish Folk Pre-Primary School, to pay tribute to the incredible contribution that this special school has made to the Johannesburg Jewish community.

After 79 years of educating Jewish children in Johannesburg, Yiddish Folk will be sadly closing its doors at the end of the year.
