Saturday (March 26)

 

* Bet David Torah study and light breakfast. Time: 08:45 – 09:45. No charge. Youth service and activities for all children ages 3 – 10. Time: 10.00 – 12.00.  Shabbat morning service.  Time: 10:00, followed by a brocha.

 

Sunday (March 27)

 

* Jewish Genealogical Society of SA hosts Vivienne Pivo on “Jewish Life in Mozambique from the 1890s”. Venue: HOD. Time: 19:00. Cost: R25 (incl tea & refreshments). RSVP: Hannah (011) 485-2188.

 

Wednesday (March 30)

 

* RCHCC hosts a presentation by Wayne Josselsohn on “A Road Trip of a Lifetime”. He has an honours degree in sports science as well as an LLB and is a partner in an international law firm. His enthusiasm for sports, adventure and nature and a spiritual connection to Israel, led him to undertake a road trip of a lifetime. Venue: Clive M Beck Auditorium. Time: 19;30. * Lodge Jerusalem of the Hebrew Order of David international is holding a bingo evening at the HOD Centre in Orchards. All prices in cash. Time: 19:30 for 20:00.
