Seniors join WIZO to celebrate Israel’s 69th

Residents of Elphin Lodge, Tarentaal and Inyoni Creek celebrated Yom Ha’atzmaut with WIZO Johannesburg this year.

Children from King David Sandton’s choir entertained the guests,  singin festive Hebrew songs. Andrea Wainer (co-chairman of WIZO Johannesburg) spoke about Israel’s 69-year journey and the sense of hope the people of Israel have for peace in the region.
