It’s been a complicated few weeks…

In one week, we went from the triumph of the rule of law with the arrest of former President, Jacob Zuma, to mass looting and violence in KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng.

A few days later, ordinary South Africans took to the streets to protect their malls and communities, and to clean up the debris.

Such is the rollercoaster of life in South Africa. But as Winston Churchill said, “Never let a good crisis go to waste”, and within every crisis are green shoots of opportunity.

On Thursday at 20:00, we look at the last few weeks, as they say on Facebook… “it’s complicated”.
