King David honours heroes on Yom Hazikaron

King David High School Linksfield commemorated Yom Hazikaron on 30 April with heartfelt speeches from students, singing, dancing, and videos.

The annual service held by the school is a testament to its love for Israel and shared responsibility in honouring its heroes. It declares that although we’re thousands of kilometres away from our homeland, our hearts beat as one. We’re not just united in our shared history, but in our shared commitment to rebuild. We’re not just individuals, we’re one people – am echad, belev echad (one nation, with one heart).
