2 Israelis act in Game of Thrones

While it is not known what roles Ania Bukstein and Yousef Sweid will play, says JNS, Russian-born Israeli actor, pictured, Ania Bukstein, is best known for playing Irena Kovlova in the Israeli TV series “The Arbitrator”.

The sixth season of “Game of Thrones”, based on the fantasy book series by George R R Martin, will air in April.

Both Bukstein and Sweid are seasoned actors.

The 33-year-old Bukstein is a household name in Israel for roles in shows and movies such as “Rabies”, “False Flag” and “The Secrets”.

Sweid, a 39-year-old Arab-Israeli, is best known for the parts he played in the films “Homeland” and the plays “Walk on Water”.
