Rabbi Levi and Leah Lipskar of Chabad, who runs K Space, with the assistance of Galya Bender, set out to make sure that each young Jew experience Purim and the mitzvot while still ensuring that the Purim spirit was kept intact, Chabad said in a media release. Each “Mitzvah Stall”, set up at the venue, the 22nd floor of the Randlords’ building in Braamfontein, provided an interactive way of ensuring that each young guest was able to perform the mitzvot of Purim, while still having a party.
In true Purim style, with great music and a wonderful vibe, Johannesburg’s Jewish young adults celebrated till the wee hours of the morning.
