The event was held at Waverley Shul on Friday evening and was well supported.

The grandfather of Dalya Lemkus, the young woman from a South African family who was murdered a couple of weeks ago was present at the moving memorial.

    ‘ITS GREAT TO SEE HOW WE AS JEWS COME TOGETHER IN TIMES OF TROUBLE AND MOURN PEOPLE WE DONT KNOW WE ARE A NATION OF NATIONS AND LEAD BY EXAMPLE MAY ALL THOSE WHO PASSED AWAY REST IN PEACE AND HASHEM BLESS ALL THE LIVING AND LIVE A LONG AND PEACEFUL LIFE’
