Wizo shows us how to manage triggers

Wizo (Women’s International Zionist Organization) Johannesburg hosted Darren Basserabie, a clinical psychologist and executive coach, on Sunday, 8 June to talk about how to recognise and manage behaviour that triggers reactions. Basserabie described in simple terms how areas of the brain were affected by different types of behaviour. His talk resonated with the attendees, and generated much discussion.
